Like the serpent releasing old skin, this new cycle calls us to let go of outdated identities, beliefs, and energetic residue so we can rise clearer, lighter, and more aligned.

As we move toward 2026 the Year of the Fire Horse, the energy begins to shift from quiet shedding to bold, catalytic motion. The Fire Horse is known for its fierce independence, creative power, and unstoppable momentum. It asks us not only to release what’s old but to embody our truth with courage, passion, and self-trust.

Shed + Awaken is a ceremonial Kundalini activation designed to support this transition, helping you consciously clear the old while preparing your system for the potent, fiery expansion ahead.

We will move through intention setting, journaling, a Kundalini Kriya, breathwork + guided meditation, deep relaxation, mantra, and gentle integration.

What to Bring + How to Prepare

• A journal + pen
• Eye mask (optional but recommended)
• Yoga mat + a quiet space to practice 
• Pillow or bolster to sit on
• Blanket for comfort (deep relaxation) 
• Any other items that elevate your energy: crystals, feathers, etc.
